Job Title: Business Process Innovation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on developing new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support our customers and partners. This may involve:

  • Designing sales incentive plans that align with our business objectives
  • Developing process improvements to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements
  • Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across our sales force and services delivery organizations

You will lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting. You will interact with our management, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in process improvement teams to design, develop, test, support, train, and troubleshoot business processes
  • Interact with management, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure project success
  • Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope
  • Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives
  • Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment

Entry-Level Requirements

  • First-level university degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
