Job Overview:

A Business Insights Specialist will be responsible for delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Project Requirements: The specialist will gather project requirements, set up and deliver assessments/simulations, and establish reporting systems.

Data Analysis: The specialist will collect scores from various tools and maintain a database. They will also analyze scores to create industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.

Reporting and Visualization: The specialist will create dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI and generate results.

Communication and Collaboration: The specialist will possess strong communication skills, work effectively with stakeholders, and identify innovative ways to improve current processes.

Stakeholder Management: The specialist will manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, and resolve queries.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The specialist must possess problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure timely completion of activities.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

- Advanced data analysis skills to create insights.

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.

- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
