Job Title: F&A Business Insights Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated F&A Business Insights Specialist to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analytics.
About the Role

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for providing critical support to our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance Operations: Support day-to-day finance operations, including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Business Analytics: Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
