Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

  • Data Management: Collect, process, and maintain accurate data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions.
  • Analysis and Insight: Utilize analytical tools to uncover valuable insights, trends, and correlations that inform strategic business choices.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models to forecast business outcomes and optimize decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Quality Data Collection: Ensure timely and accurate collection of high-quality data from various sources.
  • In-depth Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis to uncover key trends, patterns, and correlations to inform business decisions.
  • Actionable Reporting: Deliver intuitive and informative dashboards and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Forecasting: Develop predictive models to optimize business outcomes and drive growth.
  • Effective Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
