Key Responsibilities

  • Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and data storytelling.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.
  • Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create impactful user experiences.
  • Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest visualization trends and Power BI features to continuously improve design standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric business intelligence dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
