Data Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end initiatives from strategy through development to operations and adoption.
  • Analyze and interpret findings to draw conclusions and recommendations.
  • Determine expected benefits and measure return on investment (ROI) for enhancing business processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the theoretical foundations of machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, transforming them into technical plans, and deploying models.
  • Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with big data and distributed environments.
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.

General Requirements:

  • Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to address customer problems.
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects.
