About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks, maintaining detailed tracking records, and acting as a communication link between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Coordination: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain detailed tracking records for project progress, updates, and status.
  • Communication Bridge: Serve as a communication bridge between teams, collecting feedback and updates, and ensuring proper coordination.
  • Logistics Support: Assist in arranging resources, confirming availability, and organizing logistics for tasks and projects.
  • Quality & Review Management: Ensure quality control and review processes are followed for all tasks and projects.
  • Daily Reporting: Submit daily updates on task activities and progress to team leads and stakeholders.
  • Backup & Uploads: Ensure proper backup and upload processes are followed for all tasks and projects.
