ServiceNow Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Specialist to provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist end-users with ServiceNow-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management principles, and general IT operations. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, along with 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide level-one technical assistance to end-users on the use of the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain customized workflows to optimize business processes.
  3. Schedule and perform system maintenance, including backups, updates, and data archiving.
  4. Analyze incident trends and develop strategies to improve overall system reliability.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of system usage, performance, and errors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users while maintaining a high level of system availability and performance.
