Job Title: ITSM ServiceNow Technical Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ITSM ServiceNow technical expert to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation: Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze information from ITSM tools and make sound recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in ITSM service management and ServiceNow implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and their integration with external systems.
  • Excellent technical skills, including configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow applications.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions.
