Customer Support Team Lead

We seek an accomplished leader to spearhead our customer support efforts. As a Technical Customer Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through exceptional support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

To excel in this role, we require 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar fields. Familiarity with support ticketing systems, customer invoicing, and finance operations is advantageous.
