Industrial Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SWASTIK PLACEMENT AGENCY.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in industrial sales, with a strong understanding of the coatings industry and its various applications.
- Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in both B2B sectors, maintaining existing accounts and consistently reconnecting with them.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions, acting as the main point of contact for clients and addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve win-win agreements, working closely with the internal team to ensure the delivery of promised solutions.
- Set and achieve sales targets, both individually and as a team, regularly reporting on sales performance and providing insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team on market dynamics.
