Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SWASTIK PLACEMENT AGENCY.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in industrial sales, with a strong understanding of the coatings industry and its various applications.

  2. Research and identify potential clients in both B2B sectors, maintaining existing accounts and consistently reconnecting with them.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  4. Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions, acting as the main point of contact for clients and addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve win-win agreements, working closely with the internal team to ensure the delivery of promised solutions.
  7. Set and achieve sales targets, both individually and as a team, regularly reporting on sales performance and providing insights for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team on market dynamics.
