About the RoleJob Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building a sales funnel through lead generation via cold calling, emailing, and other activities
  • Handling incoming queries and fostering strong client relationships
  • Qualifying leads by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements
  • Handing over qualified leads to sales teams for closing sales
  • Maintaining and updating lead generation databases
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets set by the business
Ideal Profile
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Consulting industry
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work
  • Able to find creative solutions to problems
  • A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
