Sales Consultant

As a Sales Counselor with GFE Group, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving monthly and annual goals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads through various channels, including media, special events, direct mail, and referral sources.
- Lead Follow-up: Promptly follow up with leads to ensure timely settlements and meet monthly and annual goals.
- Presentation and Sales: Prepare and present presentations to prospects and their families to showcase the community and its amenities.
- Senior Prospecting: Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Executive Director, and Regional Sales Director to plan and execute senior prospecting tasks.
- Customer Support: Provide support to prospective residents, family members, and advisors throughout the decision-making process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Referral Development: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective referral sources to drive new business opportunities.
- Settlements: Ensure timely settlements to meet monthly and annual goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Conduct common on-site administrative functions, such as providing information about the community and its surroundings.
- Model Home Maintenance: Ensure the model home site is well-maintained and presentable.
- Client Support: Support clients in selecting a home site, structural options, and house plan.
- Contract Development: Develop all contracts, including color selections and other details, precisely and completely.
- Loan Applications: Support clients with loan applications, deposits, and contract submissions.
- Production Team Collaboration: Develop relationships with the production team to ensure a smooth building process.
