Sales and Business Development Professional for Industrial Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales growth of our industrial products, including pumps and geysers.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of committed products and services.
Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial geyser and pump markets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, plus additional benefits such as conveyance allowance, mobile bill reimbursement, and TA/DA.
