Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions. Your key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, managing employee records, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: source candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees
- Employee Records: maintain accurate attendance, leave, and payroll data
- Compliance: ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Performance Management: assist in appraisals and monitor employee performance
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years' experience in HR & Admin functions, preferably in healthcare or related industries
- Knowledge of labor laws, PFMS, and government compliance desirable
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems
