This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the Toys category.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce, and at least 2+ years in the Toys category. A deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks specific to the Toys industry is required.
Key responsibilities include onboarding and launching leading Toys brands across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels, managing the end-to-end brand lifecycle for global brands, and driving profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution.
A demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management, as well as expertise in marketplace/retail selling, category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers, are essential skills for this role.
The Category Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance and contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels.
Requirements:- 8+ years of work experience in category management.
- Deep understanding of Toys' specific consumer behavior.
- Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
