Category Manager for Product Growth

Our company seeks a skilled Category Manager to lead product growth and drive strategic category expansion. This is a high-impact role for candidates from online-first or D2C product brands who are passionate about driving growth through product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive Category Expansion: Identify and introduce new products that align with evolving customer needs.
  • Category Growth Roadmapping: Develop clear, actionable 3–5-year category growth roadmaps, setting and achieving milestones for assortment breadth, sales volume, and market share.
  • Data & Analytics Leadership: Leverage advanced analytics and BI tools to inform strategic decisions, track KPIs, and monitor category performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in category or brand management, preferably from online-first or D2C product brands.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product category expansion, strategic planning, and roadmap implementation.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills; thrives in data-heavy, fast-growth environments.
