Product Growth Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled product growth specialist to drive user onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement for our super app. This role combines product, marketing, and customer experience expertise to ensure users not only download the app but actively engage with it.

Main Responsibilities:
  • User Onboarding & Adoption

The successful candidate will design and implement smooth onboarding flows, work with the CX team to resolve issues, and track completion rates to reduce early-stage drop-offs.

  • Feature Communication & Education

They will build a structured release communication plan, translate complex product features into simple messaging, and collaborate with the Marketing team for consistent user education campaigns.

  • User Engagement & Retention

This individual will develop strategies to drive repeat usage through gamification, challenges, and rewards, monitoring key metrics and designing interventions to improve them.

  • Data & Experiments

Responsibilities include running A/B tests and growth experiments to increase adoption and retention, using analytics tools to track user journeys and identify drop-off points, and defining growth KPIs for leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features that enhance user experience, collaborate with Marketing for adoption campaigns and CX for user training, and serve as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in Product Growth / Growth Marketing / Product Management
  • Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS, or Growth Marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, Amplitude)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B2C, or community-driven platforms is a plus
  • Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results
