Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels: Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS.
  • Develop and refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy through A/B tests.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive user retention initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
