Job Title: Production Specialist

As a production specialist, you will oversee the manufacturing process to ensure timely project completion and meet quality standards. Your role involves managing resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, materials, and finances.

  • Develop and implement effective resource allocation strategies to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain quality standards.
  • Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and minimize environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale production projects.
  • Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-15 years of experience in freight car business and wagon manufacturing business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
