Sales Manager Role
ShramIN Jobs is expanding its presence in the manufacturing and industrial verticals. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving business acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic accounts in the manufacturing domain.
- Own end-to-end sales for staffing, RPO, and workforce solutions to manufacturing & industrial clients across India.
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed revenue targets and growth KPIs.
- Hunt and convert new enterprise accounts (factories, OEMs, EPC contractors, process plants, etc.) and expand share with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of sales experience in staffing/recruitment/RPO companies with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise staffing/RPO deals in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end deal closure — from lead generation, client presentations, pilots/RFP responses, pricing, contract signing to rollout coordination with delivery teams.
- Collaborate with recruitment & operations teams to ensure SLA-driven delivery, onboarding, quality of hires, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client escalations and ensure seamless coordination between client, operations and payroll/compliance teams.
Requirements:
The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative-selling skills, as well as excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients on shop floors, attending plant audits, and staying overnight for client engagement when needed.
