Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Portfolio Management Professional to oversee multiple project portfolios across various business processes, including digitalization initiatives.

This role requires direct contact with project and team leaders to ensure seamless integration of projects and portfolios, encompassing both agile and waterfall methodologies.

The selected candidate will actively participate in change projects for process optimization, independently designing, planning, coordinating, and implementing work packages.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining status reports, preparing decision-making presentations, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field from a reputable institution.
  • Proven knowledge in project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau is highly desirable.
  • A reliable and structured working style, with excellent communication skills.
