Job Summary
Role:- Business Development Professional
This role involves identifying new business opportunities and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to qualify leads, build client relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
- Set appointments with prospects
- Generate leads through various channels
- Research and identify potential customers
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Negotiate initial objections and schedule appointments
- Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month
- Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory plans
- Utilize CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and IT software effectively
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or related fields in a B2B outbound environment
- Domestic/International calling experience (mandatory)
- Fluency in regional languages
- Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales is highly preferred
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferred
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals
- Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and Apollo
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
- Expert in Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, or other Virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and Apollo
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
- Expert in Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, or other Virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft Office
