Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing B2B and B2G accounts, developing business strategies, executing sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B/B2G Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to meet client needs.
- Business Planning: Analyze business data to inform business decisions, develop and implement business strategies, and execute sales plans.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Account Management: Strong account management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze business data and make recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Pharma or FMCG industry is a plus, but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
