Job Role: IT Relationship Manager

We seek an experienced IT relationship manager to collaborate with clients and ensure alignment of their technology roadmap with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned IT service clients.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver smooth execution of IT projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
