Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, ensure client satisfaction, and address any issues that arise. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing insights to improve client satisfaction, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude
