Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing personalized financial advice, assisting clients with loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Experience in financial advisory, loan processing, and client relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Proficiency in sales and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in the home finance sector is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
