Job Title: Application Lifecycle Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing application life cycle management for updates to third-party applications and Windows updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, particularly in patch management, SCCM administration, and third-party system patching. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Deployment: Schedule silent downloads and installs using Patch My PC, ensuring seamless deployment of updates and patches.
  • Auto Updates and System Maintenance: Utilize SCCM administrator skills to maintain system versions, guaranteeing optimal system performance.
  • Third-Party System Patching: Manage third-party system patching, staying up-to-date on the latest patches and updates.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support and Escalations: Provide support for on-call escalations and conduct root cause analysis of given issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ticket Management: Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Quality and Compliance: Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, guaranteeing compliance and excellence.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Training: Work on value-added activities such as Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
Qualifications and Skills

B-Tech degree required

Primary skill: DWP-WPE-CLIENT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

Technical skills: Patch management, SCCM administration, third-party system patching, analytical and problem-solving skills.
