As an Identity Lifecycle Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire identity lifecycle, from provisioning and modifying to de-provisioning users, roles, and groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage the identity lifecycle to ensure seamless access control.
- Deploy cutting-edge authentication solutions, including MFA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and passwordless authentication.
- Develop and maintain robust RBAC policies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Implement identity federation across Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD, and third-party SaaS platforms.
- Configure and manage cloud IAM services for AWS or Azure, ensuring optimal security and compliance.
- A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in IAM/PAM is required.
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech./MCA degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in PAM tools such as CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra, and AWS IAM.
- Strong knowledge of authentication technologies, including MFA, SSO, and passwordless auth.
- Familiarity with access control models like PoLP and RBAC.
- Expertise in cloud IAM, including SCPs, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and PIM.
- API-based and directory-based integration skills with IAM/PAM systems.
