Key Responsibilities

  • Create scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Develop performance management systems that encourage ownership, recognition, and accountability.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and transparency while resolving conflicts with empathy and fairness.
  • Influence transformation initiatives with agility and impact.
  • Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute development frameworks to build future-ready leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing strategic HR initiatives in high-growth or innovative organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee advocacy with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics.
