Talent Management Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent management initiatives that drive business success.

Talent Strategy & Governance
  • Develop a robust talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement a well-structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
Competency & Capability Building
  • Manage the competency management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce.
  • Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR business partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycle.
Leadership Development & Assessment
  • Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.
Performance Management
  • Drive timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
  • Coach line managers on effective performance feedback.
Requirements
  • 7-8 years of experience in talent management processes design and execution.
  • MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background.
