
Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist

The role of HR Business Partner revolves around providing strategic support to the business, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment:
- Recruit and hire employees within tight timelines while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate recruiting, track applications, conduct interviews, and select employees who fit our company culture.
- Pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, and administer reference assessments to ensure the best fit.
- Partner with managers to create job descriptions and internal/external job postings that showcase our company's unique value proposition.
- Onboarding:
- Guide hiring managers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an exceptional candidate experience, from application to onboarding.
- Complete first-day orientation with new employees and serve as a resource for People & Culture questions.
- Rewards Implementation:
- Provide guidance on employee benefits and answer any related questions.
- Partner with supervisors and managers to effectively implement performance management and reward/recognition schemes that motivate employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Listen to and address employee issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct workplace investigations as needed, make recommendations, and implement actions to resolve workplace issues.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas where employees require additional training or development.
- Serve as an advisor and resource to managers and supervisors, ensuring personnel matters are addressed promptly.
- Employee Experience and Engagement:
- Partner in employer branding by highlighting our company's unique strengths and differentiators that set us apart from competitors.
- Implement employee rewards programs that recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements.
- Participate in employee engagement and culture initiatives to gain insights into candidate and employee needs.
- Supporting Special Initiatives:
- Support and participate in department projects, including compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate engagements.
- Administration:
- Support event planning activities and maintain all records and documents housed outside of company systems.
- 5-6 years of experience in HRBP roles with a strong background in recruitment and talent management.
- Experience in the pharma/CRO industry is highly preferred but not required.
