Human Resources Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our recruitment and employee relations efforts. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees while maintaining a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for technical and non-technical positions in the real estate sector
  • Maintain positive relationships with management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Develop and implement HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy to drive long-term performance
  • Responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees until exit for business
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Foster a positive working environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Onboard new hires at all levels, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
