Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Bulk and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Evaluate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and timely.
