- Utilize technology and data-driven insights to enhance recruitment productivity and efficiency.
- Lead candidate experience by acting as both recruiter and brand ambassador, promoting the organization's vision to high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
- Drive accountability through reporting on key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline velocity.
- Empower team members through mentoring, sales-oriented training, and fostering a culture of excellence in recruitment.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
- Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
- A results-driven mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under challenging goals.
- Strong ability to think creatively: strategic sourcing, employer branding, digital engagement.
- Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also driving change.
- Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
- A technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) is an asset — helps you speak the language of the talent you'll be hiring.
