Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to support our business growth initiatives in India.

This role reports to the TA Head and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, driving volume hiring into Service Delivery teams, and ensuring timely onboarding of high-caliber talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and provide recruitment counsel.
  • Managing multiple job openings simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance recruitment capabilities.
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and recommending process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters' degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
