We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategic initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Support change management efforts and transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Total Rewards:

  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs meet business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
