
Senior Bancassurance Sales Professional

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will drive sales growth through our bancassurance channel by developing and executing strategies to expand insurance sales through partner bank branches.
- Develop Relationships
- Build strong relationships with partner bank branches to enhance insurance sales opportunities.
- Drive Sales Growth
- Collaborate with bancassurance teams to develop sales strategies and execute plans to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities across bancassurance channels.
- Enhance Customer Experience
- Train and motivate bank staff to provide exceptional customer service and generate referrals and leads.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and report branch performance to ensure continuous business growth and make data-driven decisions.
Candidates must have the following skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
- Local candidates from Surat preferred
The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, be able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate ability to work independently. Local candidates are highly preferred.
