We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our advertising efforts. As an Advertising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.
In this role, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. Your expertise in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software will be invaluable in delivering results-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.
- Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role. Experience in tech/Saas sales is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
