Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
  • Ensure adherence to established studio standards.
  • Compile front office statistics and generate reports as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct for self and colleagues.
  • Coordinate with the contact center and other departments as needed.
  • Assign consultation schedules with Studio Manager and Consultant.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Conduct monetary transactions in accordance with protocol.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department on all financial matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various departments.
  • Resolve guest issues effectively and professionally.
  • Manage patient data in software according to protocol.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong telephone courtesy and client handling skills.
  • Routine operations management knowledge.
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Presentation quality.
  • Candidates from the hospitality industry with dedication to front office roles are preferred.
