
Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure adherence to established studio standards.
- Compile front office statistics and generate reports as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct for self and colleagues.
- Coordinate with the contact center and other departments as needed.
- Assign consultation schedules with Studio Manager and Consultant.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct monetary transactions in accordance with protocol.
- Collaborate with the accounts department on all financial matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various departments.
- Resolve guest issues effectively and professionally.
- Manage patient data in software according to protocol.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong telephone courtesy and client handling skills.
- Routine operations management knowledge.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Strong client management skills.
- Presentation quality.
- Candidates from the hospitality industry with dedication to front office roles are preferred.
