Job Description:

As a seasoned HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for various roles within our organization. This includes driving the hiring process from initial screening to final selection, while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking within the industry.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
