About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Quality Assurance Expert, leading a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a key role in developing and implementing quality management systems, processes, and procedures that meet client expectations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all services delivered meet the required standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. This includes monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, processes, and procedures that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure that all services delivered meet the required standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, quality assurance).
