Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across the hospital.

This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall quality management process, driving continuous improvement, and promoting patient safety.

  • Ensuring successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing timely collection and submission of quality improvement data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Driving quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings to foster collaboration and best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, policies, procedures, and document control of forms and formats.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to implement and monitor quality standards.
  • Identifying documentation requirements and preparing them within an agreed timeframe.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Successful completion of internal audits and external audits.
  • Timely submission of quality improvement data.
  • Implementation of quality improvement projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • A graduate degree along with an MBA or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
