We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA function, you will be responsible for defining quality standards and best practices, designing and implementing test automation strategies, establishing and maintaining QA processes, collaborating with product and development teams, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes, managing test environments, and coordinating testing activities across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and leadership. You will be passionate about quality, automation, and building scalable QA processes.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define quality standards and best practices for the QA team
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education:
  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend applications
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
