We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing and approving documentation related to product development, manufacturing, and packaging
  • Identifying and investigating non-conformities and recommending corrective actions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements:

\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. pharmacy, biotechnology, microbiology)
  • At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Expertise in validation methodologies and regulatory guidelines (US FDA, cGMP etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices) would be an asset.
