We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with a proven track record in software testing.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Digital Banking domain and excellent knowledge of software testing concepts, including STLC, SDLC, and Bug Life Cycle.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, developing high-quality test cases, executing them with precision, and documenting results.

You will also be responsible for conducting System, Integration, and Regression Testing to ensure flawless performance, identifying defects, and reporting them with clear steps and data.

In addition, you will deliver engaging product functionality walkthroughs and create comprehensive Training manuals/User guides.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Develop high-quality test cases and execute them with precision
  • Document and maintain test cases, ensuring seamless traceability
  • Design, prepare, execute, and maintain product test cases for multiple products
  • Conduct System, Integration, and Regression Testing to ensure flawless performance
  • Identify, document, and report defects with clear steps, data, screenshots, logs, and severity/priority
  • Deliver engaging product functionality walkthroughs for stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive Training manuals/User guides

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, SDLC, and Bug Life Cycle
  • Ability to work independently as a contributor, with regular updates to stakeholders
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in digital banking or financial services projects
  • Experience in testing key digital banking functionalities, including customer onboarding
