Job Title

We are seeking a talented software developer to contribute to the development of our proprietary platform for the North American Property and Casualty product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality software by applying software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Promote First-Time-Right development, automation, reusability, maintainability, and secure coding practices.
  • Design and develop holistic solutions using Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure reusability and extensibility of capabilities in future versions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project scope, estimate timelines, and develop approaches and designs for features and epics.
  • Implement architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of products.
  • Work independently in a SAFe Agile model with other developers, BA's, Architects to ensure end-business and performance goals are met.
  • Drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivered software meets business objectives and highest quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, suggest/fix defects/design issues, and ensure on-time delivery of product features as per the Product Roadmap.
  • Support issue analysis/triaging, provide fixes during test phases, and resolve production issues to meet key Product SLAs.
  • Ensure thorough unit testing and participate in transitioning application components to testers.
  • Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audiences/customers.
