Lead Full Stack Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead the development of our AI vision platform.

This is a high-velocity role where you will leverage the latest AI development tools to build at unprecedented speed while maintaining quality and security standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop the entire software ecosystem that transforms cutting-edge military object detection models into a production-ready platform.
  • Build automated systems for satellite image ingestion, preprocessing, and patch generation.
  • Develop seamless integration of object detection and classification models.
  • Implement automated validation and human-in-the-loop review workflows.
  • Design robust database systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving intelligence data.
  • Develop intuitive platforms for intelligence dissemination and visualization.
  • Architect cloud-native architecture handling large-scale data processing.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years in AI/ML system integration.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams.
  • Experience shipping production ML/AI systems at scale.
  • Expert-level proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI assistants for rapid prototyping, code generation, and debugging.
  • Experience with AI-powered testing, documentation, and deployment tools.
  • Track record of delivering projects faster than traditional development approaches.
Main Technical Skills
  • Backend Development: Python, Node.js, or Go.
  • Computer Vision Integration: Experience with OpenCV and PIL.
  • Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure with container orchestration.
  • API Development: RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring systems.
