Key Performance Auditor
Job Summary:
As a Key Performance Auditor, you will play a vital role in driving productivity and quality within the organization. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough audits to evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Audits to assess adherence to quality standards and compliance.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to improve Advisor performance.
- Document call assessments, analyze trends, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
- Develop and maintain quality guidelines and performance criteria.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Partner with management to identify areas for process optimization and enhance customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
- Excellent analytical and observation skills.
- Effective communication and feedback delivery.
- Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with industry standards.
- MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.
- Reporting skills for trend analysis and basic automation.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles.
