Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer in Test I to join our ranks. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Python for efficient testing.

You will collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to design test strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

A strong understanding of Selenium or Playwright frameworks for web-based application testing and REST Assured tools for API testing is essential.

In addition, you will manage test scripts and collaborate with the team using Git and GitHub, as well as utilize JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and project management.

Work experience with Docker containers to set up test environments is also highly valued.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in software engineering and testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with automation frameworks and API testing.
  • Familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub.
  • Experience with JIRA and Docker containers.
  • Cross-platform compatibility and knowledge of TDD/BDD methodologies.
